Insurance Claims Department:

Aek Udon International Hospital welcomes all insurance policy holders of every company and every insurance policy, whether it is life insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, group insurance or all types of vehicle insurance. Aek Udon International Hospital has a customer service center and insurance consultant to provide convenience to everyone as well as to coordinate and advise both external customers and internal customers, in all cases.

1.External customer

- Contacting the customers to remind or postpone their appointment schedules.

- Providing convenience and care to external customers

- Receiving suggestions and complaints from customers

- Providing advice and suggestions for all of insurance claim inquiries

2. Internal customer

- Reservation for inpatient room and providing details for any services

- Providing convenience to internal customers

- Services for receiving suggestions and complaints from our customers

- Providing advices on all issues regarding insurance claim inquiries

Customer Services

Customer service center's working hours is 8:00 am - 8:00 pm daily, including public holidays. There are a total of 20 examination rooms consisting of the following clinics:

  • Medicaine Department
  • Health Check up Department
  • Orthopedic
  • General Surgery Facilities
  • Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Eye Ear Nose Throat
  • Pedriatric
  • Dental Center
  • Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
  • Hemodialysis department

External Customer

  • Providing convenience to customers/ receiving suggestions and complaints from customers
  • edi Managing with problems regarding insurance claims
  • Verification of insurance document for billing submission: vehicle insurance, medical certificate and claim forms
  • Collection/assessment of questionnaire for Quality Center and present to Executive management

Internal customer

  • Services for providing convenience to customers/ receiving suggestions and complaints from our customers
  • Reservation for inpatient room and providing details for any services
  • Collection/assessment of questionnaire for Quality Center and present to Executive management
  • Managing problems regarding insurance claims by coordinating with the medical team, Insurance companies and clients
Medical Record Department

Open 24 hours daily, including public holidays. There are a total of 20 examination rooms consisting of the following clinics

General examination, prepare a medical record file, check medical reimbursement rights, prepare medical reimbursement documents – bill submission, deliver the file to the proper department

Check for accidents-emergencies, prepare a medical record file, check medical reimbursement rights, prepare documents for reimbursement-bill submission, deliver the file as quickly as possible because the clients at the emergency department are patients with severe symptoms and need urgent help.
